Information we collect
We collect account and contact details, shipping information, order history, uploaded artwork, gang-sheet layout data, and technical records needed to secure and operate the service. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in this application.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to create and fulfill orders, communicate status, prevent fraud, provide support, and improve the storefront. The minimum information needed for a job may be shared with payment, email, production, shipping, hosting, and analytics providers. We do not sell customer artwork or personal information.
Artwork and security
Original customer artwork is stored privately. Fulfillment systems receive expiring, signed access links and only for the order they are processing.
Analytics choices and questions
Optional analytics remain disabled until you allow them through the site notice. Analytics events do not include customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses, or artwork filenames. Contact us through the Contact page to ask about access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements.
