Local fulfillment changes the last mile. It does not change the artwork checks, saved layout, payment, or production record behind the order.

Arrange a 22-inch-wide gang sheet, upload a finished layout, or order individual transfers by size.
02Review the production details
Confirm effective DPI, finished dimensions, quantities, production priority, and the fulfillment method.
03Let checkout verify eligibility
Pickup appears only when enabled. Delivery ZIP codes are checked on the server before payment.
04Wait for the right notice
Follow the ready message for pickup, delivery updates for an eligible address, or tracking for a shipment.

Pickup stays tied to a ready order.

Place the order online and pay securely. When pickup is available, instructions are shared only after production is complete; a private or residential pickup address is never published on these marketing pages.

Choose free local pickup at checkout and receive pickup instructions when your order is ready.

Delivery is checked by ZIP code.

Enter the delivery ZIP code during checkout. The server checks the active service area and adds the $16.99 delivery charge.

Rush Production is not expedited shipping.

Rush Production moves an order ahead in the production queue. Expedited shipping changes the carrier service. They are separate choices, separate charges, and neither turns an unready order into an immediate pickup.

What the city pages do—and do not—promise.

Does each city page represent a separate storefront?

No. Cary, Apex, and Raleigh are service areas for online orders, not claims of three separate retail locations. Available pickup and delivery choices are shown during checkout.

How do I know whether local delivery is available for my address?

Enter the delivery ZIP code at checkout. The server checks it against the active service area before payment and shows the applicable fee and minimum.

Can I travel to pick up an order as soon as I place it?

No. Place and pay for the order online, then wait for the ready notice and the pickup instructions connected to that order.

What if I am outside the Triangle service area?

Nationwide shipping remains available. Rush Production and expedited carrier service are separate options when they are offered at checkout.
