What is Impact Full Spectrum printing?
Impact Full Spectrum is our nine-color, expanded-gamut DTF printing process. Additional color channels allow it to reproduce a broader range of printable color than standard CMYK alone, particularly in vivid artwork and smooth gradients. It is included on every Impact Transfers gang sheet at no additional charge. Printed colors can vary from digital screens, and exact Pantone matching is not guaranteed.
What file type should I upload?
Use a transparent PNG at the highest practical resolution. Remove the background and any pixels you do not want printed before upload.
What does the low-resolution warning mean?
Effective DPI falls when an image is enlarged. The warning flags artwork that may lose sharp edges or fine detail at the selected print size. Reduce its dimensions or upload a larger source file.
Is the checkout preview the production file?
No. The preview is for order review. We retain the original uploads and structured layout information as the source of truth for production.
What if I need help before ordering?
Send the team a note from the Contact page with the intended print dimensions and what you are seeing. We can help clarify the setup before it reaches production.
