Our nine-color DTF process adds dedicated red, green, blue, and orange channels to CMYK, backed by white for bright, opaque transfers on light and dark garments.
CMYK builds the image. Four added colors reach farther.
Standard CMYK mixes cyan, magenta, yellow, and black to produce a large range of colors. Our dedicated red, green, blue, and orange channels give the printer more direct ways to reproduce vivid artwork where ordinary CMYK mixtures can lose intensity.
Broader printable gamut
The added channels expand the range the printer can reproduce, especially in saturated reds, greens, blues, and oranges.
Smoother transitions
More color choices help gradient-heavy artwork move between intense hues with cleaner, more natural-looking blends.
White underbase
White ink sits behind the color layer to support brightness and opacity, so artwork stays visible on dark as well as light garments.
Fine detail stays fine
A wider gamut does not replace good artwork. High-resolution source files still matter for crisp edges, tiny type, texture, and linework.

A wider range is not a promise that every screen color can be printed exactly.
Screens emit RGB light; transfers reflect ink from fabric. Monitor settings, artwork color profiles, garment color, and the press can all change the final appearance.
Impact Full Spectrum gives production more color to work with, but exact Pantone or screen-to-print matching is not guaranteed. For color-critical work, order a test before running the full quantity.
